Well, this picture is not new or surprising to those who are near the third sector right? This post is to see if between everybody can make a virtual braimstorming we throw ideas with NGOs to go in solving this problem that is long and seems to be worse ... we are losing legitimacy and social base, this is our personal reading of the headline "

What can NGOs do not continue losing voluntarixs?

Philosophy. Believing in the power of volunteerism or, better still,
believe in volunteerism. We fear that many of our large, medium and small NGOs have stopped believing in what once was considered a phenomenon. Neither is encouraging things, or lose faith in the movement or consider volunteering as a phenomenon, or a fashion boom. Returning to our discourse on the origins and move away from individualism and think about the transformative power of reflection and collective action (nothing to do with activism this reflection, for the record, we do not want this results in a separate debate)


Creativity and innovation. Invent new ways to make it attractive to participate in our bodies. If the world

has changed, we have a different environment, a different culture, a population with other needs and have adapted our plans to that change, it is high time that our voluntary plans to change and adapt. We have brought many suggestions, we launched our own, as always and as always, consider volunteering with surnames: virtual volunteering, volunteer groups, corporate volunteers, volunteer families, volunteering by children ... and so on until we run out of imagination. Innovate in the channels of call, you know that from here we encourage you to
