The Best Thermal Paste Cpu 2010

Lack of Apprehension II

Last night, your mother decided to accompany you to sleep. Still can not stand the gray solitude and the shameless abandon. Even light a small lamp and revel in the warmth and confidence that you lost four years ago when you were born ... She is already old and fat and his arm that measures your body-wide alternative beat-cut relationship you had with the look of your bedroom ceiling. Pesa. Still, you're small and helpless and need. We lack air and close your eyes. Unable to breathe properly during sleep and forces throws you into the break.

up your mother forgot to let you breathe. Now in the morning, the little lamp and does not shine like last night, now, the heaviness of your mother has become negligible now, you do not need anyone or anything ...

Last night, your mother gave you the company of death ...

PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE IN THE CA

By Felipe Cádiz Bouch, architect. For more information check portalinmobiliario.cl.
College of Architects in conjunction with the Housing Institute of the University of Chile, with a laudable intention, invited to a forum - discussion entitled: "The City in the voice of the presidential candidates", so that those interested in the fate of our cities and our professional involvement in it, we know a good source of policies and intentions of individual architects posturas.Solemos hear many complain about how bad it is considered our profession, professional over there, poor quality education and architects who are graduating from one of the 44 schools of architecture is in Chile (one every 360,000 inhabitants!), the declining importance of our performance against other offerings in the marketplace, ETC. etc., etc. The question that arises is, what have we blame it?

assistance to the forum I mentioned, I made clear the lack of thoroughness, depth of understanding, poverty of the arguments, the absolute lack of specific and feasible proposals, and the great domain of the "must" on few "how." That is, you have to do this and / or that, but no proposal of what to do implementarlo.A example I will relate some passages so frustrating meeting. It all started with the delay of itself, given the delay in reaching one of the guests. Attended by a representative of each candidate by the candidate except two Marco Enríquez-Ominami (¡!). Part
Among the questions raised the following question: "With regard to segregation by market deregulation and free markets what urban policy apply?". Arrate candidate's representative said that "policy should be designed (plop! I imagined that at this point the candidate's professional group would have it defined). That seek to define land use planning, not profitability (Will measured the externalities that are generated and who affect?). The expert proposed to establish a fund to improve habitat popular, to define its origin and who you subtract as well as what effect it could generate. It was also mentioned citizen participation in all were named but which, in my view, is like "quality of life" that is all but nothing, because it demonstrated how little we have measured this effect. One example is the failure of the referendum of Vitacura, where it is assumed that people voted fairly educated and informed. Then spoke one of the representatives of ME-O, who said that "the candidacy invites reflection" (again plop!, For the same reason as above). He added: Fix
exclusive model (it is).

We must consider how human settlements living conditions (should be).

Change management model with strategic regional planning authority that replaces the master plan (must be).

value community as the basic unit of living and participation (what?).

Metropolitan Government is proposed in the big cities.
The latter is an idea shared by all representatives of the four candidates. It would be interesting to know how they will react to the various ministers when they say that they will lose power, because different SEREMIS now they receive orders from the new authorities metropolitan. Recall that when a Metropolitan Mayor Ricardo Lagos's government tried, the then Minister of Minvu reacted strongly against it and all was representative of the candidate nada.El Piñera, who was himself accused of being "cookie" since he was replacing another person who could not attend, citing the pending issues listed on public transport, roads, pollution, neighborhood conflicts, inadequate management of public spaces, lack of receipt of assets, lack of green areas, social segregation, waste treatment, lack of sustainability and mismanagement of the urban landscape, among others. Only mentioned as a long laundry list, informing us of a diagnosis rather was a reminder of things missing in the last 20 years of rule by the same coalition. Then indicated that coordination was required of public institutions, accused the lack of urban development policy and planning levels. He accused the need to develop an urban renewal development. Once again, many "must" and zero "how." As the end of this part corresponded to the candidate's representative Frei. He began telling us the audience, "the lack of a national debate" (plop!), Then said: "We let them do and have weak institutions and instruments," and added that it required an urban policy that aims to recover the areas "weakened" (should be). Also said to be strengthening the instruments of the state. He stressed that "we want a policy that considers the rights of the city by promoting social improvement" is once again part que.Segunda This time the topic was housing and urban living in the presentation of which the interviewer introduced the topic first stating his opinion (the question implies a view of the interviewer of the Institute of Housing). The person said that access to urban land is assumed as a product for the market and makes it be placed in soil quality, generating pobreza.A ghettos then asked the representatives present: how and by what mechanisms the government can regulate the land market urban?, What are your criteria for housing design quality poor?: what is your position on the housing debtors?
representative responses Arrate:
mentioned that the errors committed by the current administration of the Coalition are shown with the location of housing developments in areas at risk, as is the case of three housing complexes social in the town of La Ligua.
now the turn of one of the representatives of ME-O:
noted a supporter of the market, but that requires a State to coordinate, monitor and order in terms of the collective good (what?).

The state should participate in capital appreciation.

Regulatory plans to consider housing and pay for the losses they generate. Be paid with the proceeds of capital appreciation.

shared the housing demands of debtors have been induced by a bank loan (it was the only one who answered the question on this topic.)

representative then presented Piñera:
equipment is proposed social housing, building them in the housing complexes that already exist and suffer from it.

revitalize neighborhoods are in accordance with their users.

200 new spaces will be built.

parks are run with public funds. Whereas
who this time represented the nomination was the manager of the Chilean Chamber of Construction, we must assume that you know how to do these deals.
Finally, the representative of Frei:
be promoted a policy of urban regeneration, with intermediate level to improve services and parks.

a policy to solve housing problems in their neighborhood.

is usually not replied as asked by the interviewer. Each one said what he wanted. Then he consulted on the issue of citizen participation, in which, to varying degrees, everyone agreed, citing the words of good crianza.En short, nothing new under the sun, the same OFERTON and nothing concrete, without indicating how to fund , showing the desired objectives and strategies to carry it forward. There came a finished program theme. Again. Apparently the city and its suffering citizens will have to wait for a leader who put the city as the setting for mostly develop, grow and live humans.

Where Can I Buy Wholesale Chicken?

Three "in which young people are the architects? Conference invitation

What are today's young architects? 1) Looking at the horizon, where it ends. 2) organizing electronic parties. 3) Buying clothes. 4) Making models. 5) together to buy project bases, municipalities, municipalities, what is and then losing or winning these projects.

6) Listening to music, lounge & dark & bossa nova & jazz & pop & folk & indie. 7) Designing strange objects in the line between utility and art, or rather the futility and art. 8) Thinking about Antarctica. 9) By experimenting with soft drugs imported by the Internet. 10) Lost in New York or the idea New York, or in Brasilia or the idea of Brasilia. 11) Making movies locked in frames as history notes, think about "Zamora Express" and "Pearl harbor" Rodrigo Cepeda: Pictures of a city crazy night, dizziness, blood, straightening a crooked environment and again, punk or sad music in the background. I think the "Arcana" Christopher Vincent: the prison of Valparaiso as a puzzle to solve, a piece of memory you have, a maze to get lost and found again. 12) Leaving the architecture outside the profession as a way station to somewhere unknown. Former secret architects as a tribe, veterans of a war that only they know. 13) Leaving the theory and putting their hands in the dough, placing the body to work. 14) extreme sports clothes look impeccable outdoor. 15) Writing poetry, bad poetry. 16) Taking torrid dreams with the ghost of Luciano Kulczewski. 17) Fleeing to Barcelona, flying from Barcelona. 18) Losing or gaining time in the SERVIU. 19) Transando with politicians and local chiefs. A story: a young architect will charge a neighborhood of a commune-based X and design. It is a standard model and the young architect goes to the commune X to see the conditions. All goes well until it shows the project to chairman. By type not like, and thereafter it insults the architect. The architect says that these are the conditions, that is what you get. The chairman of the board of residents referred to the mayor by name and takes out his cellphone, and telephones. It tutean speak as compadres mention a barbecue in which they were recently. Yoke. The young architect look at the scene with dismay. Feel powerless. Have pity. Feel angry. Back in his office is waiting for your boss, the mayor has called. The young architect rebuke him and hear how you are ordered to build what the president of the neighborhood committee comes up and to stop messing around, and understand how things really are. The young architect looks at his boss and he realizes how things really are. 20) Testing new hairstyles. 21) Putting hot spots. 22) regretting the death of the city: the disappearance of El Golf neighborhood and film Las Lilas. Feeling melancholy as the secret of younger contemporary architects. 23) Looking for something like an identity amidst the sketches and computer programs, and gaps in the walls miniature models. 24) Buying houses ruined by four beans in emerging neighborhoods and turning them into lofts: Brazil, Cerro Concepción, El Forestal. The lofts as the perfect image of the young Chilean architecture, its relationship with identity and confront the ways in which space and paste. 25) Turning artists: painters, photographers, sculptors. 26) Fighting in any way possible against the fact and the tendency to catalog architecture. 27) From crossing: lost in Paraguay or Brazil or South. Top of barges and buses. With a hangover. I remember what I told a friend how Argentina came to a city submerged. Something had happened and the town had been flooded, and grace was this: he had been under water so you walked along the shore and you look below the horizon diffuse shadows a ghost town under the lake, a spectral presence that was or had been a disaster, but it was there as one museum with some young architects who dream or have nightmares: a landscape impossible fiction, secret and why not, fine. roof garden + assembly programming conference in 2010

At the end of the year's activities, it is good to do a review but more to project what will be the next 2010.
At least there are 4 activities that we face:

First
the creation of an Advisory Board to allow the board to call who can provide more expertise, experience and specialized vision on issues that the city requires technical and informed opinion CA.

second
the programming early 2010 with outreach activities, discussion and training. This will allow to develop and apply for that as architects SPACES expose our problems.

third
preparation of the next biennial probably where concepts may be based, as the wording of the next Biennial is replicated simultaneously in the north and south of the country. Esoro involve work to organize and present contingent of city issues to the community.

fourth
need to create an instance of a MOVEMENT IN THE CITY that can be mobilized in a timely manner to negative situations that threaten the quality of life. The case of Colonel, Chigwell, Penco and others require take a more proactive. The school must have a mass opinion about certain issues.

is why we will carry out final assembly for the month of December, with dates to be confirmed to expose these issues and have a statement of all the members.

been made the occasion of the launch of the book History of Architecture Modern Architect in Chile 1894-1925 Pablo Fuentes is to think from a perspective more testimonial I mean the irruption of modernity in our city, especially in mid 50's.
With the arrival of several architects in Santiago, Concepcion undergoes a major transformation of its urban image which is accentuated from 60 to 60 earthquake.
been almost 50 years now, and the problem of modernity is reason for a thorough review, and at the same time, assimilation of a source of architectural language with new codes to reinterpret some original essence.
For this reason, it is interesting to go to the living sources of this movement that had many exponents in our city.

This debate on an issue as contingent was led by architect Jorge Lopez speaker, consultant planner municipality colonel who described the process of approval of 2 termolectricas in Coronel. The need for information

As you read the last pages of the night, you start spinning around the room. Weigh the shackles of the shit that has you tied up along the day, and the insults start to burn off ... Your eyes travel-bit wobbly and focused, a paragraph, but return to the top ... Only read words and ideas do not read, and do not read images; authors no longer read, and read no gospels, no longer read shit, and do not read minds, no longer read insults and profanity, and do not read other trash. You have to trace every line and try to read-when-everything you do makes you forget. Maybe if you realized all the crap that gets you, maybe if you could understand everything that happens, maybe if you broke those chains, maybe ... maybe you could read. But that idea does not pass through your brain, your head. It is always easier to stay up late reading, understanding nothing, and think that shit always belongs to another.

History of Modern Architecture in Chile 1884 1929

PREMIERE OF BOOK HISTORY OF MODERN ARCHITECTURE IN CHILE (1884 1929)

Introduction:
Digging in the origins of modern architecture in Chile is observing the year closed the nineteenth century and that initiate the twentieth century. This exercise, which focuses on national history, necessarily, explores the particular issues of the "experience of modernity", to paraphrase Marshall Berman [1] - we have had in Chile of the past today, or so far not even close. It is therefore a review of the circumstances that established internal motivations that determined the fate of modernity in the country.

The intention of this paper is to bring a new angle of main vicissitudes of urban planning and architecture that developed between 1894 and 1929, understanding that these phenomena are critical in the emergence of modernity in Chile that were expressed during this period and the confluence in a single volume does not exist until now.
the case, the text has been divided into four chapters. The first gives an account of the historical, social and political factors that determined the social life in Chile and appear related to an interest in promoting changes on the city, especially Santiago. In his speech attended by two fundamental facts, namely: first seen the first housing solutions, an issue which is closely related company the transmission of modern architecture as you want to incorporate an ethical background, and second, come early planning of urban transformation as an ideal to aspire to the rational modification of the urban and social development.
A second chapter notes that the city is undertaking a series of initiatives that relate to the aesthetic aspirations of nineteenth century development hygienists academicism inspired by European, especially Parisian transformations resulting from Haussmann's plans. In the same context there are other initiatives that under a more rational attempt to open new channels for the modern city. We also want to investigate other types of settlements, within and outside the capital, attended also to reveal the dawn of modernity and recorded regional alternatives are not always homogeneous, with causes and effects. A third section
realize that architecture is in the multiple use of the styles of the rebellion against all forms of academic preset order. In this sense, the first part of the study is dedicated to research on Academics, teaching, dissemination and sense of social representation. As a counterpart, the anti-academic, ie, eclecticism or "parallel architectures," a term that used in recognition of its meaning prescribed by Eliash and Moreno [1] , becomes a way to anticipate the variety is a background behind modernity as a form that aims to heterogeneity rather than uniformity, an issue which in itself seems to coincide with conceptual inconsistency of using several streams at once without ideological background. This final section reviews four architectural trends that are considered essential for the establishment of modernity in Chile: The eclectic historicism, Art Nouveau, the national restoration and Art Deco, the latter, one of the ways she found widespread acceptance, even matches from its geometric vocabulary neoindigenism Chile. All these streams are the formal preamble to modern architecture that was developed in Chile since 1929. Genealogy
The final chapter of modern architecture in Chile has ventured into the issues that dissolved in various articles published in Chile, is the incorporation of new principles of modern architecture, and appear as constants of discourse, namely: Arts and architecture, its conflicts and encounters with the art, the role of the modern architect, urban problems and land occupation, cultural independence, national restoration identidady, stylish and modern manner, form and function, the introduction of a dogma; y nuevas técnicas constructivas, la materialización de la arquitectura moderna, son temas que forman un cuerpo teórico propio.
The complexity of its future is full of different aspects reveals heterogeneous, each seeking its place.

Congress Architects in Valdivia

Between 23 and 25 October was held the National Congress of Architects in Valdivia and attended three colleges of Design and decant after which there was raised and discussed in relation to Role of the Architect in the XXI Century is a feeling of great discomfort but also realistic. This does not have much call but to review what is done with so few resources, especially in regions, the country feels we are doing almost as quijotezca what motivates them to continue working even if they are so few because the task is too much and is incomplete .

Some conclusions :
The first is that today the school can do is too little compared to the existing problems and their scope of action is more limited of what we wanted, but this requires professionalize their efforts to force it to implement a management technique. The amount and complexity of issues goes beyond all control you may have a directory.
Another conclusion: The region should not expect anything from the central level, rather we must manage our autonomy, which gives some relief. It is in us taking the initiative to generate our own. "
