Given the profound human damage, material and social changes have caused the earthquake in Region of Bio Bio, the OFFICE ARCHITECTS DESIGN and FACULTY OF ARCHITECTURE , CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN UNIVERSITY OF BIO BIO, call on all the architects to participate in a symposium to be held on 14 and 15 May 2010 r

This, in order to define the character must have the involvement of architects in the rebuilding of cities and communities affected. The complexity of the problem to be solved becomes a magnitude that transcends all disciplines and agencies. Within this, by the way of extreme urgency, it is imperative to characterize and define the play its rightful role in our discipline in various areas of intervention and expertise. This aims to gather ideas for optimize our action and thus transform it into a real and significant contribution to the great task of reconstruction that reality demands.

To this effect are invited to submit papers considering the following topics:

4. HERITAGE AND IDENTITY

All submissions must meet the following requirements:
